Terms and conditions of sale
These terms govern purchases made on conservatoriofotochimica.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
Formation of the contract
The sales contract is considered concluded once you receive our order confirmation email, following successful payment. Prices shown on the site are in euros. Each product is mixed, titrated, and bottled by hand for your specific order, after the order is confirmed.
Payment
Payment is handled entirely through Stripe at the time of order, using the methods available at checkout (credit/debit card and any other method offered by Stripe). The shop never has access to your card details.
Shipping and delivery
We ship exclusively to the EU countries listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown when choosing a carrier and may vary by destination. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery, except as provided in our return policy for shipping damage.
Right of withdrawal
Products sold on this site are made to order for each purchase, based on a specific request (hand mixing, titration, and bottling). For this reason, and under the rules applicable to customized or made-to-order goods, the right of withdrawal for a change of mind does not apply to orders placed on this site.
The right to a replacement or refund for a defective product or a package damaged in transit is always guaranteed: see our return policy for details on timing and process.
Limitation of liability
The products sold are intended for informed and responsible use by the buyer, in accordance with the safety information provided. We are not liable for improper use of the products or for damage resulting from failure to follow the usage and storage instructions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law and, for consumers residing in the European Union, by the consumer protection rules applicable in their country of residence, where more favorable. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the jurisdiction rules protecting consumers.
